The "Teatrando" course offers adults aged 18 and above (with or without theater experience) an opportunity for self-exploration and development through theater. This program comprises six monthly sessions lasting two hours each, focusing on:
- Freeing personal expression through games and improvisations.
- Enhancing self-esteem and public speaking skills.
- Creating a sense of wellness in a stimulating and collaborative environment.
Activities include breathing and vocal projection exercises, improvisational games to enhance listening skills and spontaneity, culminating in staged acts with constructive feedback. The workshop is conducted by Jana Montorio, an experienced dramaturge, performer, and theater instructor.

Duration: Six sessions (120 minutes each).
Dates: Once a month on Sundays, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (09/2025 to 02/2026).
