A course to unwind, have fun, and discover your potential.

For whom: adults (18+) with or without theatrical experience
Why join:
- Expressive freedom: games and improvisations to break inhibitions and foster creativity.
- Self-esteem & public speaking: exercises to enhance stage presence, voice, and emotion management.
- Group well-being: a welcoming environment to laugh, experiment, and support each other.
Method:
- Body-voice warm-up: breathing techniques, posture, and vocal projection.
- Theatrical games: to enhance listening, trust, and responsiveness.
- Guided improvisations: instant scenes to practice spontaneity and creativity.
- Micro-scenes: from rehearsal to a “mini-debut” in front of the group, with constructive feedback.
Facilitated by Jana Montorio, a playwright, performer, and experienced theatre arts instructor.
Good to know
Duration: 6 monthly sessions, each lasting 120 minutes.
Dates: One Sunday morning/month, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Specific dates: 21/09/2025, 12/10/2025, 16/11/2025, 14/12/2025, 25/01/2026, 08/02/2026.
