A course to unwind, have fun, and discover your potential!
"Theatre is the place where one plays seriously." - Peter Brook
This course includes:
- 6 monthly sessions of 120 minutes each.
- A 100% practical methodology, no theory.
The program encompasses exercises in expressive freedom, self-esteem boosting, and stage presence development. Participants will explore games, improvisation, and short scenes in a comforting environment.
The course will be led by Jana Montorio, a dramaturg and teacher with extensive experience in performing arts.
Good to know
Duration: 6 monthly sessions.
Schedule: One Sunday morning per month, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Specific dates: 21/09/2025, 12/10/2025, 16/11/2025, 14/12/2025, 25/01/2026, 08/02/2026.
Target audience: Adults (18+) with or without prior experience.
