A warm atmosphere, shared laughter and stars in your eyes in the magical setting of the Château des Ducs de Lorraine.
Summary:
A flying saucer lands in the middle of the night near Los Angeles. A few aliens, sent to Earth on a botanical exploration mission, exit the craft, but one of their number ventures beyond the clearing where the shuttle is located. He then heads toward the city. This is his first discovery of human civilization. Soon hunted by the military and abandoned by his own people, this frightened little creature, calling himself ET, takes refuge in a suburban residence.
Elliot, a ten-year-old boy, discovers the alien and builds a shelter for it in his closet. Brought together by a telepathic exchange, the two quickly become friends. With the help of his sister Gertie and his older brother Michael, Elliot then attempts to keep the alien presence a secret.
