Research Ensemble - Rainy days 2025
In various aesthetic languages, Elnaz Seyedi, Huihui Cheng, and Ashkan Behzadi explore the concept of the body as its space and bearer of meaning. Seyedi creates delicate sound sculptures that can be experienced sensorially. Cheng designs sound bodies prone to division due to internal contradictions and perceivable as phenomenological entities. Finally, Behzadi makes the body a social and political symbol, a carrier of collective memory, mourning, and resistance.
