The guitarist Henri Växby presents a selection of pieces from John Zorn's "Book of Heads," a series of solo studies exploring the boundaries of guitar technique and sound. Combining composed gestures and improvisation, these works invite the performer and the listener into a space where the familiar instrument is transformed through new techniques, unexpected objects, and a deliberate theatricality.
