You’re warmly invited to an inner transformative Flow Animal Power Workshop at Kass Haff Farm: a 2.5-hour guided journey exploring the wild intelligence of your body, the spirit of the animals, and the deep remembering of your true nature.
In this unique experience, you’ll be held in a safe, playful, and sacred space as we explore:
- Flow Movement: connect with your body’s natural rhythm through free-form expression. No dance experience needed.
