Welcome to the PEKiP course! PEKiP stands for Prager Eltern-Kind-Programm. This educational concept is designed to encourage the development of babies during their first year of life through structured movement activities. The course is intended for parents or grandparents with children from the 8th week of life to their first birthday. Groups consist of 6-8 babies and their parents, meeting weekly for 90 minutes under the guidance of a certified PEKiP instructor. Rooms are heated to allow babies to be naked, supporting their physical activity and comfort. These sessions provide ideas for games and movements aimed at supporting individual development.
