Multidisciplinary workshop introducing printmaking and micro-publishing inspired by the image of the mask and drawing on personal mythologies. This workshop combines personal creation with a collective dimension.\n\nBiography\n\nLéa Valet is a multidisciplinary artist working with mediums such as ink drawing, printmaking, and micro-publishing. She enjoys expanding her universe through various media. For several years, she has developed an artistic practice around the themes of bestiaries and cabinets of curiosities. Her work alternates between creation and offering workshops and mediation programs within numerous institutions—museums, schools, socio-cultural organizations, prisons, reception centers for migrants, associations, and hospitals dedicated to mental health.\n\nLéa Valet holds a master's degree in visual arts and a bachelor's degree in psychology. During her master's studies, she focused on the question of imagination and its plasticity. Her research also revolves around the impact of graphic practices in detention spaces, with a field-based approach combining workshops in prisons and psychiatric institutions. This research-creation project is currently being pursued as part of a doctoral program at the University of Lille. Since September 2024, she has set up her studio in Differdange, within the 1535º Creative Hub.
