Regular Guided Tour: A Stroll Through Art
Every Saturday, join the guided tour of the permanent exhibition "A Stroll Through Art." Explore European drawings and sculptures spanning from the 17th to the 19th century. The permanent exhibition at Villa Vauban takes you on an artistic journey through three centuries: from Dutch 17th century art, via the dreamed landscapes of Italy, to the French painting of the mid-19th century. Admire masterpieces alongside small formats, miniatures, and a room dedicated to Pescatore's acquisitions during the 1850 auction of artworks owned by King William II of the Netherlands. An immersive video projection at the start sets the tone for the artistic journey ahead.
