Cooking Workshop: Your Dinner in a Raised Garden Bed!
There are nearly 8 billion of us on Earth. The population continues to grow, but the planet's surface area remains the same. Can it still feed us?
By distributing the 1.6 billion hectares of agricultural land, each person could use 2,000 m² to feed themselves. Bread, potatoes, fruits and vegetables... but also feed the animals whose meat, milk and eggs we consume.
A Luxembourg resident uses almost double this area, largely due to imports.
During our cooking classes, we invite you to explore these issues while learning how to cook sustainably. We'll use planters to visualize the space needed for different dishes, and you'll discover alternative recipes based on local plants. This is a unique opportunity to rethink your diet, experiment with new flavors, and contribute to a greener future.
