Thanks to the New National Urban Renewal Program (NPANRU), the La Patrotte neighborhood in Metz Nord will present in a few years an entirely different appearance, where some large buildings will have been replaced by human-scale residences and many green spaces. The exhibited photos showcase the neighborhood's transformations over the past 50 years.
