Leave and training assistance for individuals

Individuals wishing to develop their skills, change careers or boost their careers can benefit from training assistance.
Training support measures, accessible under certain conditions, can take the form of:
Special paid leave: individual training leave, language leave or youth leave for training with payment of remuneration
Organization of working time: personal arrangement of working time or unpaid leave allowing the employee to organize their training according to their working hours and availability
Financial aid: tax deductibility, financial aid for higher education, Erasmus+ program, etc.
The various measures will be presented in order to facilitate the process of accessing training.
Information sessions are held in person (limited seating) and simultaneously broadcast via livestream. Participants in in-person sessions will have the opportunity to ask questions directly after the session. Participants in livestream sessions will receive a connection link after registering.
