With this Christmas concert, the Armenian musicians of the Naghash Ensemble, led by composer John Hodian, create a unique bridge between tradition and modernity. Inspired by both medieval and contemporary Armenian poetry, Hodian crafts a mesmerizing music that reimagines with emotion the spiritual depth of the world's oldest Christian nation. An enchanting work that highlights the mystique of an Armenian Christmas in a new light.
