Ready to push musical boundaries? When the pianist brothers Lucas and Arthur Jussen meet the excellence of percussionists Alexej Gerassimez and Emil Kuyumcuyan, the audience is immersed in a fascinating musical adventure. With a good dose of experimentation, a masterful sense of rhythm, and technical virtuosity, they trigger a fireworks display of keys and drumsticks. In addition to original compositions written for this exceptional formation, notably by Steve Reich, the program also includes arrangements of great repertoire classics, such as the Symphonic Dances from West Side Story by Leonard Bernstein or the thrilling Short Ride in a Fast Machine by John Adams.
