The Es'CAPE Music Club series invites you to convivial aperitif concerts in an intimate atmosphere, featuring delightful treats prepared by Chiche restaurant in Ettelbruck. "Bewitched," a project conceived and directed by Arthur Stockel, solo clarinetist of the Luxembourg Philharmonic Orchestra, takes us on an unprecedented sonic journey at the intersection of jazz and classical music. Initially trained as a classical musician, Arthur Stockel discovered jazz through jam sessions in Paris during the summer of 2020. Fascinated by this musical freedom, he envisioned a project bringing together artists from both worlds. He then commissioned works from two young French composers, Philippe Maniez, representing the jazz aspect, and Julien Giraudet for the classical domain, creating an original and contrasting program. This program alternates between revisited standards and new creations, offering a unique exploration between improvisation and composition.
