Music and Sounds for Better Mental Health
A day of activities organized as part of Mental Health Week 2025.
Including music in care can be done in many ways and in a variety of settings. Healthcare professionals and artists can use music to enhance quality of life and create an atmosphere conducive to recovery and recuperation. Music can enhance efforts to promote comfort and relaxation, as well as reduce or control distress.
As part of Mental Health Week 2025, the Municipality of Strassen and the nursing team at the University of Luxembourg invite you to experiment with devices using music and sounds developed for the purpose of improving health.
