'The Grand Return of Boris S.' tells the story of a father who arrives unannounced to visit his son whom he hasn't seen in months. An unemployed aging actor with limited talent, he arrives at an inopportune time as the son has recently lost both his wife and job. Quickly, conflicts arise between the two men. The son reflects on his father's hidden wounds, but how can two individuals understand each other without ever truly communicating?
