Kinozauber is an activity for families with children aged 6 to 12 years old. Parents and children watch the movie "Mein Freund Knerten" together. Afterwards, a collective reflection on the film takes place. Lillebror moves with his parents from the city to the countryside due to lower living costs. However, in this secluded environment, he initially finds no one to play with. Then, he discovers a small branch that suddenly becomes alive: Knerten, his new wooden friend. Together, they have fun and devise mischief. Eventually, another child, living just over the next hill, befriends them and happily accepts Knerten. By chance, the parents' financial issues are resolved through the sales of colorful tights, paving the way for a happy future for the whole family.
