At the heart of "A Comparative Dialogue Act" is a residency program initiated by Andrea Mancini and Every Island. During the exhibition at Mudam, four guest artists will engage with the installation, infusing it with their individual and collective signature. They will work on-site during the production phase and will present their newly created pieces during the performances. The program begins with "Cucina Povera," a project by Finnish-Luxembourgish composer Maria Rossi, blending voice and field recordings to explore tensions between cultural identities and architectural and geographic spaces, inspired by the simple sounds of everyday life.
