From October 13 to 30, 2025, the Commune of Strassen hosts in the City Hall's Hall the exhibition 'Human Rights Defenders.' Created by a consortium of five Luxembourgish NGOs and supported by ASTM (Action Solidarité Tiers-Monde), this exhibition showcases stories of courage against repression, emphasizing human rights, education, and environmental protection. Visitors will explore portraits from Guatemala, Tibet, Nepal, and Palestine, highlighting the dedication of those championing justice against challenges. A series of events, including a testimony from a Guatemalan representative and a documentary screening, will complement the exhibition.
