Break for Body and Mind
Allow yourself to be guided by a calming meditation, followed by a progressive muscle relaxation session to gently release tension. Wear comfortable clothing and remember to bring a cushion and a blanket to settle in comfortably. After this wellness break, we will share a convivial breakfast in a warm atmosphere.
