Pambelé explores the rich musical traditions of Colombia's Caribbean coast, fusing them with the psychedelic sounds of the 1960s. This fusion creates a powerful transcultural experience rooted in Caribbean universality. On stage, traditional percussion intertwines with incisive guitars and wild organs, propelling the audience into an exuberant trance.
Comprised of seven experienced musicians who have collaborated with renowned artists such as David Walters and Totó La Momposina, Pambelé is part of the emerging music scene, cultivating a network of collaborations in France and abroad. Their music, a playground of improvisation and dance, transcends borders by blending rock, punk, and pop influences with Afro-Caribbean heritage. Pambelé offers a blended and authentic music, emphasizing the essential link between dance and trance, the natural and the wild, for a deep and powerful sonic journey.
