Yuval Pick will return to TROIS C-L | Maison pour la danse to conduct a new workshop "55MOVERS" incorporating his "Practice Gold" method. This method focuses on bodies rich in history and presences shaped by time. Through "Practice Gold," participants explore vivacity and uniqueness. Attention is given to limbs, pelvis, and spine to enhance movement and mobility joyfully. Participants build connections in this shared space, where every movement becomes a language. The goal of "55MOVERS" is to provide a supportive environment where everyone can progress at their own pace while sharing a collective experience.
