Men and menstruation - workshop adultes
A time for discussion and discovery to address taboos and better support menstruating people.
Menstruation is a fact of life for a large part of the population, yet many men feel uninformed or uncomfortable about the subject. This workshop is aimed at partners, fathers, grandfathers, uncles, godparents, and educators who want to better understand the menstrual cycle so they can talk about it without embarrassment, with accuracy, and kindness.
Led by Family Planning professionals, this workshop offers a respectful, non-judgmental framework for discussion, allowing you to ask any questions, deconstruct preconceived ideas, and reflect together on ways to support your own menstruating family and friends during this stage of life.
The session ends with a short tour of the Et Leeft exhibition.
