Weekly Flamenco dance classes for beginners.
- Monday, 6:00–7:00 p.m. → Technique
- Tuesday, 6:30–7:30 p.m. → Technique
- Tuesday, 7:30–8:30 p.m. → Choreography
- Thursday, 12:30–1:30 p.m. → Technique
- Thursday, 6:30–7:30 p.m. → Sevillanas
Flamenco is a solo dance requiring no partner, while Sevillanas can also be performed solo or in groups. Information on the difference between Technique and Choreography classes:
- Choreography classes: Focus on exploring a specific rhythm (palo), learning its style, choreographic structure, and cultural codes, preparing participants to dance with live musicians.
- Technique classes: Sessions focus on specific aspects such as footwork, arms and hands, turns, and body coordination adapting to participant levels.
Weekend workshops are also offered with guest artists and special topics like compás, rhythm, improvisation, and body expression.
Good to know
- No classes during Luxembourg school holidays.
- Enrollment opens in September, October, or January.
