How to Manage Anger, Buddhist Insights
Anger is a powerful emotion that can lead to disorder and guilt. Buddhism identifies it as one of the three poisons of existence (the other two being ignorance and greed). During this evening, combining teachings and guided meditation practices, the nun Kankyo will offer a Buddhist perspective on this emotion, in its toxic and beneficial aspects. We will explore how to soothe anger and learn to use it appropriately.
