First Prize from the jury at the Festival au Bonheur des Mômes: A theatrical oddity that unravels our relationships with others.
On stage: 122 sweaters, 5 dancing bodies, an explosion of colors... The scenes unfold, and the stories emerge. The bodies, transformed and wrapped in sweaters, bring to life disconcerting and even unsettling creatures.
By playing with wrapping, resistance, and elasticity, the performers move gracefully, creating whimsical choreographies with always clear messages. Like a second skin, the sweater – an everyday garment – represents judgment, inclusion, indifference, and openness.
This endearing show, this theatrical oddity, reminds us that each of us is a unique piece!
