As part of his residency at Casino Display and the University of Luxembourg, Luxembourgish artist Sam Erpedling presents a series of events exploring music, technology, and artistic research. The second event features Luxembourgish philosopher Dave Kartheiser and other guests. The evening begins with a discussion on ethics in ecoacoustics and the creation of digital instruments. Through lectures and performances, the participants showcase contemporary ecoacoustics, computer-generated music, and interdisciplinary collaborations, merging acoustic and electronic sounds into an experimental soundscape. The event illuminates the ethical dimensions of natural soundscapes and offers innovative approaches to sound and listening.
