What is the adolescent expressing with an angry, rebellious behavior or when they withdraw into themselves? What needs are they trying to fulfill? From a parent's perspective, it is quite a task to understand and cater to an adolescent's needs without restricting the freedom and autonomy they increasingly demand. By focusing on the emotional needs of the adolescent, one can find a key not only to resolve many situations but also to enhance communication and rebuild a relationship of trust. A significant part of the activity will be dedicated to discussion.
