Originally created for the Luxembourg Pavilion at the 60th International Art Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia (2024), the installation 'A Comparative Dialogue Act' is the fruit of an unprecedented collaboration between Luxembourg artist and musician Andrea Mancini (1989, Luxembourg) and the multidisciplinary collective Every Island, established in Brussels in 2021. At the intersection of visual art, performance, and music, the work envisions the exhibition site as a space for production and experimentation with other artists, thus expanding the notion of collective artwork. A series of performances will animate the installation throughout the exhibition.

The exhibition will be guided by curator Léon Kruijswijk and is characterized by its reflection on sonic and spatial interactions.
