Treat yourself to a reconnection break during our Air Yoga Sound workshop, combining gentle yoga in a hammock and vibrational sound therapy. For 45 minutes, guided by Amandine, explore Yin postures and slow movements, supported by a suspended hammock and the sound of Tibetan bowls, promoting relaxation and release. A second part includes sound and manual massages for deep relaxation, ending with an immersive sound journey.

Free parking 200 meters away. Accessible to beginners from 14 years old.
Price: €40 (deposit of €25 required).
Contraindications: pregnant women (except 4-8 months), pacemaker wearers, psychotic disorders.
