This course guides parents through the early days of life with a baby and as a family. In a safe and supportive space, parents can build new connections with other parents, share their worries and questions in a secure environment, and gather new strength for daily life. After a short initial relaxation exercise, parents will receive a brief weekly talk on a wide variety of topics. There will also be plenty of time for open exchange afterwards. This course is targeted towards babies up to 6 months. The thematic sessions can be booked individually.
