Menstruation - Understanding Together
A safe and trusting space to discuss a universal topic that is still often taboo. This morning session is intended for children and teenagers aged 10 and over, accompanied by an adult from their circle. Together, you are invited to participate in a sharing session led by Planning Familial, focusing on menstruation, the changing body, and the emotions that come with it.
In a caring and respectful environment, this morning allows participants to ask questions, share experiences, and challenge preconceptions to better understand and support periods of transition. The session ends with a short visit to the exhibition Et Leeft, focused on the evolution of menstrual products over the last two centuries. A special opportunity to open dialogue, learn together, and break taboos.
