A time for open and trusting discussion on a universal subject that is still often taboo.
Attendees are invited to participate in a sharing session led by Planning Familial, focused on menstruation, the changing body, and the emotions that arise. In a caring and respectful environment, this morning event enables participants to ask questions, share experiences, and break down preconceived ideas to better understand and support these times of transition.
The session concludes with a short visit to the exhibition "Et Leeft", highlighting the evolution of menstrual products over the last two centuries. A special opportunity to open dialogue, learn together, and break taboos.
