English electronic/spoken word artist Antony Szmierek delivers his message in a heartfelt, emotionally raw style. His production varies from 2000s indie to '90s rave and UKG.
From Manchester, Szmierek started as an English teacher before turning to music with the local band the Rhythm Method. His love of poetry led him to perform solo at open mikes. Szmierek then began producing his own UKG beats to accompany his spoken word and formed a band for live shows. This resulted in a debut EP, "Poems to Dance To" (2023), followed by his first album "Service Station at the End of the Universe" (2024). He was named 6 Music's Artist of the Year by the BBC.
