Next Deed came to life in 2021, founded by Sue Scarano (guitar) and Lou Metz (drums), and quickly established themselves in the alternative metal scene. The lineup was later joined by Kevin (guitar), Romain (bass), and Alain (vocals), giving the group a powerful artistic direction.
After releasing their debut EP "New Beginnings" in 2023, the band reached a new milestone in 2024 with the EP "The Soldier – Act I", the first chapter of a five-part concept series. Early in 2025, NEXT DEED suffered the loss of frontman Alain, whose voice helped shape the band's identity.
In tribute, NEXT DEED will unveil their new EP "The Beloved – Act II" at Rockhal with guest singers for this special concert. The evening will focus on the theme: "An Evening of Sound and Memory with NEXT DEED and Friends – In Tribute to Alain."
This show marks the continuation of the band's creative path and a heartfelt homage to a dear friend and bandmate.
