On the program: a buffet of matured cheeses from Kaempff-Kohler, accompanied by various salads and charcuterie.
To enhance these flavors, wines from the treasure of the Bentz house, a few vintages carefully preserved and exceptionally opened for this evening, will be offered in harmony with the cheeses.
To finish on a sweet note, an assortment of seasonal tarts will be offered.
