On the first three Sundays of February, take part in an introductory cycle to mindfulness. Each session lasts 2 hours and introduces participants to the practice, mainly based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) workshop. This cycle is lighter and more accessible. It helps you become familiar with mindfulness practice and offers a preview of the "MBSR" program before committing to it. Program includes: formal and informal mindfulness practices, sharing experiences.
