Several routes are offered through Metz and its surroundings, with refreshment stops along the way. The organization involves many local association volunteers, with on-route assistance provided.
Good to know
Departure and return: Place de la République in Metz. Family routes: 15 km, 25 km and 35 km in Metz. Longer routes: 27 km, 37 km, 43 km, 50 km and 60 km passing through numerous municipalities (list available in the full description). Refreshments provided along the route. Assistance provided by 16 mountain bike patrol officers and 20 marshals. 2 first-aid stations with qualified nurses.
