Discover the pleasure of recharging yourself with face yoga and laughter yoga, a unique mix of relaxation, mindfulness, and natural techniques to revitalize your body and mind.
Sessions include face and laughter yoga, breathing, meditation, and acupressure exercises, as well as an introduction to reflexology and EFT tapping (emotional freedom technique). All exercises are practiced seated on a chair, in a relaxed atmosphere. Trainer Naheeda Nawaaz will explain the scientific basis and benefits of each activity.
These activities provide an experience of inner peace, relaxation, facial muscle toning, and natural vitality.
