Schools and after-school centers are spaces marked by diversity, where different perspectives, cultural origins, needs, and experiences meet daily. This training helps participants actively and thoughtfully approach this diversity. It offers an introduction to the visible and invisible dimensions of diversity, analyzes barriers to participation, and encourages reflection on one's own attitudes. Through interactive methods (role-playing, perspective change, case studies), participants develop concrete action plans to strengthen equity, a sense of belonging, and inclusion in classes and extracurricular structures.
