Back problems often lead people into a vicious cycle fueled by pain and fear of pain. The resulting immobility causes deconditioning of the spinal muscles, leading to poor muscle coordination, loss of mobility, tone, and endurance.
Yoga enables health to emerge. Through conscious stretches, proprioception, and a calm mind, you re-learn to move within your possibilities. Rehabilitation concerns not only our physical structure but also our general state, lifestyle, and mindset.
