The workshop invites you to create a set of 12 to 16 affirmation cards, each containing a short positive phrase designed to boost self-esteem and confidence, cultivate positive thinking and well-being, manage emotions, and encourage success. These cards can be drawn daily to set a positive intention, create an optimistic mindset, meditate, or start beneficial reflections.
Good to know
Please bring:
• A pad of A4 drawing paper (preferably for watercolor)
• All types of drawing materials: watercolors, colored inks, pastels, colored pencils, fineliner pens, eraser, ruler, scissors or craft knife
• To avoid: oil paints, gouache or acrylics
Ages 16 and up
Languages: Luxembourgish, French, English
