This demo session introduces advanced applications of TouchDesigner within the context of digital art, performances, and interactive installations. Led by artist and expert trainer Nima Gazestani, participants will explore real-world creative uses of the software through examples from his professional artistic practice.
During this 3-hour masterclass, he will present real projects developed with TouchDesigner, including:
- Sound-reactive visuals for live music performances
- Interactive lighting control using DMX
- Real-time visuals for architectural video mapping
- Use of 3D scanning and point clouds in audiovisual and media production
Each topic is demonstrated through project examples, workflows, and live TouchDesigner setups, allowing participants to gain insight into both creative and technical processes.
