Schengen. Artistic and Literary Reflections on Borders and Freedom
Starting from the symbolic border location in Luxembourg, Schengen brings together literary texts and artistic works for a multilayered reflection on Europe, border spaces, art, and freedom. 116 graphic prints in various techniques create a visual flow in which six literary texts and an art historical essay serve as resonance spaces, offering new perspectives on the theme of "borders."
At the book presentation, editors Claude D. Conter and Stefanie Zutter will discuss the creation of the volume and the artistic and literary perspectives that shape it. Authors Nora Wagener and Tullio Forgiarini, both contributors to the book, will read excerpts from their texts.
