At Buttik vum Séi, discover all the steps of pasta making, from field to plate. The workshop starts with a presentation of the 'Käre vum Séi' and explains what makes them special compared to conventional wheat or spelt. Then, the cereals are transformed into flour, and in the kitchen, participants prepare ravioli and fresh pasta together using 'Käre vum Séi' flour. The session ends with a friendly tasting of the dishes.
