Film about the complexities of life during a period of geopolitical conflict. The new film by the Nasser brothers immerses us in the daily lives of three Gazans in 2007, at the time of Hamas's rise to power and the blockade of the Gaza Strip imposed by Israel: Yahya, a somewhat lost student, Oussama, a dealer, and Abou Sami, a corrupt policeman. This feature film explores the social and political realities of Gaza through fiction. Completed shortly before October 7, 2023, the film portrays a population whose humanity has been denied but who refuse to capitulate.
