The two saleswomen, Gina and Nicole, have so far led a quiet life in the "Grande Étoile" shop. There are few customers, apart from the regular visits by Mr. Watgen. The strict presence of Mrs. Josette, who takes care of the restrooms, is not a problem either. Only a brief "climate mishap" causes some excitement.
Things change when Carsten Maschmaurer arrives, commissioned by Mr. de Grande Étoile to put an end to the shop's mismanagement.
