Gina and Nicole, two saleswomen at the "Grande Étoile" shop, lead a quiet life. Customers are rare, except for regular visits from Mr. Watgen. Ms. Josette, who oversees the restrooms, is not a problem. Only a "climate misfortune" briefly breaks the calm.
But the peace is soon over: Carsten Maschmaurer, on behalf of Mr. de Grande Étoile, is sent to put an end to the shop's troubles. To keep their jobs, the two saleswomen must prove their worth. However, Maschmaurer has other plans, which will slowly come to light. In the end, Mr. de Grande Étoile, with the saleswomen's help, thwarts his schemes…
